Exchanges & Returns
Bellargo aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return your item(s) as follows:
Return Policy
Exchange and/or return on FULL-PRICED items will be accepted within 14 days of the date you received the merchandise, with original receipt and tags only.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or return; you will be offered a store credit only.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, all item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Items not returned in their original condition will not be accepted.
Please note: All SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

Late or missing exchange items (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or returned. All sale items are final.
Returns or Exchanges on Damaged Items (if applicable):
We will replace and/or refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to return or exchange, please contact Client Support.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees for exchanges and returns are non-refundable unless the exchange or return is due to a damaged or defective item. The customer will be responsible for paying for any associated shipping costs for the exchange or return or an order.
If you opt to receive a store credit, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your credit amount.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipment.
Exchange & Return Process
- To initiate an exchange or return please contact Client Support. Once the exchange or return is approved, an invoice will be sent for additional shipping fees (if applicable). Upon payment, a return label will be generated.
- Place all items you wish to return in their original packaging, including any hangtags, and send using the attached the prepaid return label. The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Items not returned in their original condition may not be accepted.
- Exchange items are not reserved until your return package is scanned by the shipping carrier. We advise shipping your return package promptly to reserve your items. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipment.
- We will notify you as soon as your item(s) are received and processed. Once item(s) are received and inspected, your exchange or return will be processed.
- Once your return is delivered, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Should there be no further update after 10 business days, please contact Client Support for further assistance.
